Incorrectly Received Items
Incorrectly received items may be returned to us for a full within 30 days of purchase providing they are in their original condition. All manufacturer seals must NOT be tampered with and be in their original state.
Any items received that are damaged may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, providing all original contents and packaging are returned with it.
Any items received that are faulty may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, providing all original contents and packaging are returned with it.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items include any products found in our Reduced section or if they are clearly labelled with a discounted offer with the exception of seasonal marketing campaigns such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. All mix and match items are eligible for a refund. For example, '3 For £10'.
Once your return is received, we will notify you by email that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be processed within 24-48 hours and will be issued to the original payment method, or in a form of store credit, where a gift card will be issued by email.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been notified of a refund being processed and you are yet to receive your funds, please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us. If after 10 working days you have still not received your refund, please get in touch with our friendly support team.
If the item(s) was purchased using a Gift Card, a refund will be issued in the form of additional store credit.

To request a return, please visit our returns section which can be found on the home page clearly marked 'RETURN AN ITEM'. This will take you to our handy portal with an easy to follow guide on returning your item(s) along with options on how to refund or exchange your item(s).
Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to us to provide either a refund or exchange.
