Incorrectly received products or items no longer required may be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 days providing they are in their original condition. All manufacturer seals must not be tampered with and be in their original state. Damaged products can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, providing all original contents and packaging are returned with it, in order to pass this back to our supplier allowing us to approve your refund. To request a return, please visit our returns centre at returns.vapestockist.co.uk where you can request a return of specific products followed by your method of refund. Refunds can be issued to the original payment method, or in a form of store credit, where a gift card will be issued by email. We also accept exchanges for other products.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to our UK warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be processed within 24-48 hours and can be issued to the original payment method, or in a form of store credit, where a gift card will be issued by email. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been notified of a refund being processed and you are yet to receive your funds, please check your bank account again before contacting us. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items include any products marked with the banner 'Sale'. Products within an offer for example '3 For £10', are eligible for a refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
